  1. A rare flawed design

    Take this review with a grain of salt. The Delta Plus is an awesome looking mech, it has great proportions and an intersting background. Unforunately what it lacks is the ability to stand up for more than five minutes without falling over. This kit is one of the few that basically requires a action base to pose. My other issue with this kit is that the hip joints on this kit tend to slip, and the hip joints really limit the leg articulation

    One of the beauty of Gundam model kits is the complexity of the muscle and joint mechanics. (especially the legs)
    Delta Plus is slightly different.
    While it uses a more simple joint structure and muscle design, it puts lot of emphasis on the sheer aesthetics of the model (though This may be mostly due to the need for making it able to transform into the waverider form)
    Overall it provides something new and different for those who are tired of putting together the same old leg piece.
