This was a the first Perfect Grade kits that I really drooled over and wanted for many years. It took at least a weeks worth of work to assemble and I was really excited to see the final kit the whole time! I was not disappointed, the kit is great.
Fun to build with lots of parts, which can be intimidating at first but I had a smile on my face the whole time! Soon you get in the groove and also realize you are basically building two Gundams. The inner frame, arms, thighs and head are basically the only parts shared between the different versions. This means you build 2 core fighters, 2 types of feet, two types of lower leg armor, 2 types each of front/back/side skirts, 2 types of torsos and 2 types of shoulder armor etc.
The MS Hangar that is included is a nice extra although the shelves aren't very practical the way they are set up. Most items don't sit very well on these storage racks. The Front/Back/Side skirts have built in attachment points and everything else just sort of gets balanced on a little crossbeam. Almost none of the FB armor fits on the racks at all. Everything else is so good that I am willing to overlook it.
Not the most posable kit with the FB boosters on the back (tends to be a little back heavy in FB mode). The core fighters are great kits all by themselves and you get two of them! They have a very realistic "jet" appearance and the markings really help show the scale.
I was a little put off by the fact that it only comes with stickers so I had to order waterslide decals (my preference) from a third party.
