Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS Monday through Friday (sometimes Saturday too) before 3pm.  Your order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped that day or the next business day. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Free Shipping on orders are sent Parcel Post.

Free Local Drop-Off

Orders placed within the Sacramento, CA and surounding areas may qualify for Free Local Drop-Off.  When placing your order please note the best days and times for delivery.  We will usually deliver within 2 business days.  Someone must be present to sign for the order at the time of delivery.

Pre-orders

Due to how shipping is calculated, all orders are shipped together.  That means if you have an order with in stock items and pre-order items, or even multiple pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped out once all items on the order are in stock.

Paints, Primer, and Solvents

These products are considered hazardous materials, and can only be shipped domestically by surface mail.  Hazardous materials cannot be shipped internationally, nor to the states of Hawaii and Alaska.  During checkout, please select the Parcel Post, Free, or Local Drop-off (if available) shipping option.  If you select another shipping method, your order may have delays, and the appropriate shipping method will be selected for you without notice.
